US Citizen , it's time we added an Amendment giveing all US Citizens the right to arm our and protect our selves .

I am sick and tired of those in this Country give up freedoms and expecting the Gov't to protect us from dangers we face in our daily lives . it is not makeing any of us safe , it is just makeing us slaves to the Gov't at large . we need an Amendment added to the US Constitution  that gives all US Citizens the un-revocable  right to posses and carry fire arms .

this show "Border wars " episode "Murder on the Lake" has citizens ask for more Gov't protection for Americans , which is wrong , first of all ... there is no way (unless you have a retinue of body guards around you) every minute of the day) it can be done  . a trained armed citizen can do just this for himself and loved ones . historically it has proven the deterrent and single best method of protection in general . the news and media and Gov't will say other wise because they want total control of every thing . when you take a good look at the facts (and not spin put on it for their agendas) registered legal fire arms account for less than 1% of gun crimes . I mean lets take amount and think logically here ... legally registered fire arms are traceable to thier owners ... there for it self evident you will be found , arrested,charged, and  prosecuted  for crimes if they are used . this fact is out there if you take a few minutes to search for the data . it's the illegal , unregistered fire arms that are used in crimes .  Just look at how crime has escalated in Australia since they lost the right to legally have fire arms . you don't hear much about that in US news because they don't want it widely know , and why is that ... it's my opinion(and other i know) that they want us disarmed so we are defenseless against big Gov't or any authority that would stripe Americans our constitutional rights and freedoms .

Federal tyranny in America knows no bounds, as evidenced by the much maligned TSA, which has flagrantly ignored outrage on all levels by expanding their actions to the streets of America with their VIPR teams.

There certainly seems to be a healthy financial interest at stake as well.  The world's largest defense contractor, Lockheed Martin, stands to gain by selling the technology in the multi-million dollar contract (conservatively) in the same way that politically connected contractor OSI received $173 million for the Rapiscan naked body scanner contract.

2) The Unites States Federal Reserve System is not owned or controlled by the US Government nor by the will of the people

If it is not owned and controlled by the US Government then who really does own it seems to be the question of the day. The answer is still being talked about and debated by conspiracy theorists, non-conspiracy theorists, academicians, non-academicians, or even the janitor at work. The debate over who actually owns it can go on forever but one fact remains and let’s not lose for the forest for the trees with it:

Over the course of the last couple of decades, one could not help but hear an economic report stating on how the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. That statement seems to have become a modern day cliche. One cannot help hearing it repeated over and over again especially during election time. Don’t take my word for it.

The Wealth Distribution

In the United States, wealth is highly concentrated in a relatively few hands. As of 2007, the top 1% of households (the upper class) owned 34.6% of all privately held wealth, and the next 19% (the managerial, professional, and small business stratum) had 50.5%, which means that just 20% of the people owned a remarkable 85%, leaving only 15% of the wealth for the bottom 80% (wage and salary workers). In terms of financial wealth (total net worth minus the value of one’s home), the top 1% of households had an even greater share: 42.7%.

So in summary what the above information means, that as of 2007, 20% of the people in the US controlled 85% of all the privately held wealth. That left only 15% for the remaining 80%.

Further more, back in 1983 the top 20% owned 91.3% of financial wealth opposed to 8.7% for the remaining 80%. That number grew in 2007 for the top 20% to 93% and decreased for the remaining 80% to 7.0%.

The old definition of democracy as “rule by the masses”, or as a “tyranny of the majority” which made it a negative word back in the 18^th and 19^th century has largely been superseded today. Almost any government with a responsible claim to being a democracy these days would have to include basic protection of minority rights that cannot be taken away by the majority, even in cases where it is a “minority of one”. I admit the definition of words can be tricky, particularly in the political realm, and the difference between a representative (as opposed to direct) democracy and a constitutional republic can sometimes depend on who is using the terms. As I understand it, republic is a more specific term; it denotes a government with elected public officials rather than those installed by heredity (monarchy), religious authority (theocracy), a small group at the top of the social hierarchy (oligarchy) or by military power (junta). A country can be a republic, and still be rather undemocratic; in fact some of history’s worst dictators were elected to their positions. At the same time, a country can be something other than a republic (the Netherlands is an excellent example) and yet be relatively democratic.

I believe democracy is a range, like temperature, rather than a specific state. Thus a government can be more democratic or less democratic, rather than being a democracy or not a democracy. Democracy is a very broad term, and applies to social decision-making systems, rather than just governments. When three guys decide to see a movie, and two of the want to see Harry Potter, and the other one wants to see Debbie Does Dallas, and they go to Harry Potter, that’s the democratic process at work. When one guy says Harry Potter is a stupid movie and another guy says, “I disagree, but you’re entitled to your opinion,”, that’s the democratic process at work also.  The attributes of a democracy were very aptly described by the phrase used during the French Revolution – Liberty, Equality, Fraternity (though the latter, more sexist term might be replaced by ‘community’ in a modern setting).  

At least, as a democrat, that’s my opinion. I’ll leave it to an anarchist and/or a libertarian to debate the relationship between those two philosophies.

these views are not my own . and i find lack of historical understanding often present , but it is open and relevant very often . i also see the duming  down of  people(s) through over specialization air-apparent (yes i deliberately spelled it that way , so get over it already) .

i read much on line and in books . but i still only know what i have security access/clearance to see/know about ; same as 99% of the world ; but i know there a little truth in all things , no matter how much they portray/ or conceal it . you must always read between the lines and keep a memory of the past to ferret out what is really the agenda of those who hold power , especially power over the masses .

one of their most powerful tools is the use of the word conspiracy ( in all of it's forms  ) . this is because it strikes fear in people ,  and even the smallest spark of fear tigers a survival response .

                         thing like walking , reading , or other things in our lives .

in the main body of the USA Constitution RELIGION is not dealt with , it is dealt with in one of it's Amendment's ; as it should be because of the most important SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE  issue's ; and it is my opinion that any employer must pay into the state all taxes weather they agree(regardless of faith based topics) them or do not . that is one issue religions and other people's have with people's who exercise religious law with other laws in their respective Country's ( no double standard's should be exercised in America ) ; see link(s) ...  . and voter's religion's should not ever be part of voting stat.s to help maintain the USA's SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE  ( i see any other way as a violation of this mandate ) .

Religion is a personal issue/right ; and no religion should have sway in law of the people of the USA  (because i see it as other wise forcing me and/or other's to be forced to follow the religious ways of some one else's , that violate's my freedom to worship as i so choose and that's just wrong )   . AND TOO ALL YOU'S WHO SAY I AM ANTI  RELIGION YOU ARE WRONG AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO IMPOSE YOUR BELIEF'S ON ME OR ANY ONE ELSE ( YOU STUFF THAT ... ) .

i'm for regaining freedom for all USA CITIZEN'S regardless of their past history's ; no place in the main body of the USA  Constitution  does it say only so-n-so can own/or have this-or-that right/privilege . that (in my opinion ) has come down from other's agenda's and violates the right's of all USA CITIZEN'S , and only serve's to strip American's of their freedom's  .

we waste millions of tax $ on this  when we could control it same as we do booze and make millions in tax $ through it's legalized use and sale . and one of the biggest boons would be taking it out of the hands of those who use it as a vehicle to push other dangerous substances that are dangerous . 

and i don't want to hear you religious / churchies cry it's evil ... I hear you's say all the time your god does not create junk , well he created this herb , so you just prove your selves to HIPPOCRATES and show your ignorance and fearfulness ; as i personly see it ; by your words and actions on things you are against .

this is a nation of freedoms and not of churches run the Gov't so stick to your lot in this Gov't and preach to your congregations and stop forcing the rest of america to follow your chosen life still .

it make me sick to here the news and who Americana talk about passing or making law to do for them what they are too dammed soft to do for them selves . what w\has happened to this country ??????????


A) law is to protect us cooperation's and foreign threats not from the our selves or the american citizenry .


B) law is the strongest tool of those that enslavement . it give them the powers to limit and eliminate freedoms


C) it's no exaggeration to say as much as 90% of all USA LAWS do mainly 1 thing , which can be boiled down to doing in effect doing mainly 1 thing ... they take away the freedoms Americans fought for all Americans in the revolutionary war .


D) the people in public office have many obligations to the american citizenry .... i will list some of the primary ones ...
     1) most importantly ,   they stop any and all laws the take freedoms from US citizens .
          a) seat belt laws ( it is our right to choose weather or  not we wear seat belts not Gov't or law )
          b) reasonable suspicion laws ( ect. we are free and as such there is no reason to violate us in this way ,  
              POLICE should be PEACE OFFICERS not MILITANT'S or enforcers of laws that violate
              citizens freedoms)
          c) public office positions are for the all american citizens with average skills to serves Americans , not
              just those with a closed set of training/education (ect. lawyer's , college educated persons , those
              who study law/Gov't ) AND FURTHER MORE these offices where not meant to be occupied by
              as an anointment or life long position )
    2) see to it the no laws or bills are passed if 1 or more riders are attached to them . if they can not pass on
         their own , then they have no place being legislated in any way at all .
    3) stop lobbies and lobbing from from subjecting the American people and too inform the american people
        all their activities
    4) open office hours for the constituents so the people can voice their opinion's and open community
        meetings all citizens can attend and speak at .


BEING FREE PEOPLE IN A FREE  SOCIETY MEANS LIVE WITH THE DANGERS FREEDOM INCLUDES .


NOT ALLOWING , MAKING LAWS , OR ANY OTHER THING THAT TAKES AWAY OTHER CITIZENS FREEDOMS FOR THE SACK OF SAFETY AND/OR A SAFE WAY OF LIFE ENFORCED BY LAWS OR ENFORCERS OF LAWS ON OTHER CITIZENS , SO YOU CAN FEEL SAFE OR BE PROTECTED BY GOVERNMENT AND IT'S POLICING AGENCY .THIS IS PART OF EVER CITIZENS OBLIGATIONS AS A MEMBER OF A FREE SOCIETY .


NOT FORCING OTHER CITIZENS TO LIVE THEIR LIVES AS YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE YOUR LIFE , OR TO FOLLOW YOUR RELIGIOUS CHOOSES .
